Policies 

Cancelation Policy

50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 50% remainder due prior to the photoshoot. Payments may be made by bank deposit.

License Policy

All images created by Moon Prism Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial Use Definition
Commercial use includes any use that promotes, advertises, sells, or supports a business, brand, product, or paid service.

License Grant
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased images for the agreed commercial purpose and platforms outlined in their booking agreement.

Restrictions

• Images must not be resold, sublicensed, or given to third parties without written permission.

• Images must not be altered beyond basic cropping or resizing without approval.

• Use outside the agreed scope requires an additional license.

Credit
Where practical, credit “Moon Prism Photography” when images are published online.

Copyright & Moral Rights
Moon Prism Photography retains copyright and the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

Breach of License
Unauthorised use may result in licensing fees, removal requests, or legal action.
